Ahoova and Abraham (Avie) Mishael founded Mishael’s Electrolysis Center in 1984 in Atlanta Georgia. Ahoova is a Certified Professional Electrologist (CPE) who also trains the electrologists and manages the office while Avie manages the business.
Over the years we successfully provided permanent hair removal to thousands of clients in Metro Atlanta and the Southeast and their satisfaction and referrals helped us grow. We treat men, women, teenagers, and specialize in the treatment of African Americans and Transgender individuals.
Why Mishael's Electrolysis Center?
Ahoova Mishael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Florida International University in Miami. She is a graduate of the Electrolysis Institute of Florida and received her early training at The Electrolysis Center in Miami. Ahoova is a Certified Professional Electrologist (CPE) and a member of both the Georgia Electrologists Association (GEA) and the American Electrology Association (AEA). Ahoova also co-authored a chapter titled "Electrolysis In Transsexual Women" in the book titled "Current Concepts in Transgender Identity" by Dallas Denny, which was published in 1998. Ahoova and her team provide unparelled results clients can count on!
Ahoova has personally trained her electrologists with advanced techniques, which has lead to thousands of happy clients from Metro Atlanta, the Southeast and beyond. They have a caring and cheerful personality with a genuine passion for electrolysis and helping clients look their best and feel great about their appearance. They find it very rewarding to see the positive impact their electrolysis treatments have made in their client’s lives. Their clients often say they are much happier and more confident after their unwanted hair was permanently removed.
What is Electrolysis?
Electrolyis is the only method approved by the FDA to permanently remove unwanted hair. However it is only 100% permanent if done properly by a qualified electrologist. In addition, electrolysis is a very-cost effective method of hair removal in which unwanted hair can be permanently removed from most body areas. Unlike laser hair removal, electrolysis treats ALL types of hair including blond, grey, and red hair.
The Certified Professional Electrologist (CPE) credential signifies that an electrologist's knowledge has been tested and measured against a national standard of excellence. The credential is voluntary and requires continuing education to maintain.
The American Electrology Association (AEA) is the largest international nonprofit membership organization for permanent hair removal professionals. The AEA promotes the highest standards in Electrology education, practice and ethics.
The Georgia Electrologists Association (GEA) is a professional membership association dedicated to maintaining the quality and professionalism of the permanent hair removal industry by providng high level education to its members across the state.
